Written directions

1From I-15, take the Orem exit for University Parkway (Exit 269) and head east.
2Continue to 800 North and turn east — the practice sits between 1200 East and 1400 East.
3Look for number 1375 on the north side of 800 North. We are Suite 104, on the ground floor.
4Park in the lot directly in front of the building. Parking is free, and there are accessible spaces near the entrance.
