What to bring, what to say
Most patients arrive here on a referral from their general dentist. The more you bring, the less we duplicate — and the sooner you get a straight answer.
- Your referring dentist's name
- Any recent x-rays, or your dentist's permission to request them
- A list of your medications such as blood thinners, diabetes and GLP weight-loss peptides.
- Your insurance information, so LeAnn can estimate your portion
- Any relevant medical conditions, particularly diabetes
- If you are anxious about surgery, say so — it changes how we plan your appointment

Before you come in
If seeing the place first would settle your nerves, we photographed it: take the office tour. If you would rather see the work, there are 25 documented cases in the case gallery.
And if you want to know who will be treating you, meet the team — two periodontists and five staff, most of whom have been here over a decade.
