Fees, insurance & financing
The fees in our office are based on the care, skill and judgement necessary to treat your condition. The fee for your particular treatment is discussed fully before treatment begins — you will not be surprised by a number afterwards.
The patient's portion is due at the time services are rendered.

LeAnn Emery, Treatment Coordinator
LeAnn has been with this practice for 25 years and has spent the last 15 helping patients with financial, medical and dental insurance questions. She is happy to assist with any financial or procedural question you have.
Payment
What we accept, and how financing works
Cash, checks and credit cards
All accepted at the time of service. You can also pay your bill online.
Outside financing
We assist patients in obtaining financing through sources such as Dental Fee Plan and CareCredit — ask LeAnn to walk you through the options before treatment is scheduled.
We submit your claims
As a convenience, our office staff submits your insurance claims for you. Your estimated portion is still due at the time of service.

Every policy is different
Please understand that every insurance policy is different, and we have no way of knowing the exact amount a particular policy will pay. We will submit the claim, and we will give you our best estimate of your portion — but the estimate is an estimate.
